High ping (Note to GM)

The problem with this game for me Is mostly the high ping In-game. If I play my ping jumps around 43 (my normal ping) and 999, It mostly sticks between 400-999, which causes huge lag, delay In using skills to bringing damage over to the target, Combo problems and many disconnections. Keep In mind : I obviously live In europe which I should NOT have any problems with this version of the game, also I am NOT downloading anything or what so ever that gives pressure to my Internet (I also tried Leatrix Latency Fix which didn't help me, and also other things what the Cabal Website suggested me), plus somethimes If I am bored I play on Private servers (also from cabal) but I dont have any problems on those, no lag at all. I really don't want to give up on this game and please If a GM reads this, please work on it. Thank you very much
