eh I'm giving up on waiting for cabal 2, est devs aren't even making an effort to release any information about it or give updates on its progress.

Cabal 2 was released in Korea 2 years ago. Cabal 1 servers there didn't shut down. and for the last two years it's still been receiving regular updates every 5~ months, just like it always has
