    Yes. About 1 month ago, there was a sword amp armor (high) scroll on AH. That guy should got it from breaking stuffs.

    True but most noobs will probably sell it and the same person will buy it, atleast amp scroll lets multiple people get it. I mean the events repeats every year so every person has a chance to save up for atleast 1 scroll
