We do not have marriage in our game at the moment. But for some special events, we can marry 'the event winner characters' as the event prize. We do not have any conditions for who can marry or not in these events. So if you participate in the event and get to be the lucky one that wins, then it is possible.
I advise you to watch the events closely so your luck may turn out!
