Cabal BM2 boss hunting build

alright so i'm lvl 143, ive managed to solo penna with 4 bars.

im trying to figure out the best build for BM2 boss hunting...

help me out - this includes:
which items to use in the correct combination, extortion bracelets, or bof?
amp boots or vamp boots?
amp gloves or vamp gloves?
keep rol's or add a vamp ring?

the ideal build has to have the most amp / damage and have enough amp to help keep me alive.

Kinda sounds like you answered your own question lol. Use all the amp you can and still survive. all amp in bm2 if possible, extend and switch to as much vamp as you need to keep you alive wen it runs out.
