I think my friend had this issue (I ran into it when transferring my gunbound characters...)
You using the correct casing for the username? (Upper/Lower)<Templar>

In regards to this type of problem, I recommend opening a ticket with the help-desk. Quite a few people I know got responses and even their accounts restored. It appears the only problem is there are a lot of similar cases, which would explain the delay. Regardless, Est Soft is on the ball and fixing this issue case by case.
