Cash Shop Item Still Bind

Hello guys, I'm currently at work and there is an update last night. Can anyone tell me or is there a way i can find out if the cash shop item still bind to the account. My friend has a pet that he want to give it to me, but if i buy e-coin to get the sleeping kit, i can not trade the kit to him, so he can give me the pet. I dont want to buy e-coin if the cash shop item is bind to the account. And if the cash shop items still bind to the account, anyone know when EST going to have them unbind? last question, if i get e-coin and buy the sleeping kit and it bind, when est unbind, will i be able to trade or i stuck with it. many thanks.

According to the in-game cash shop, the pet kits are still account binding.

No idea if the already purchased and bound items will be lifted either, so I would suggest just waiting to buy the kit until they are officially unbound in the cash shop.
