I got hacked and ive sent out manny messages and i havnt recieved a reply yet. I've found the guy who has my items and he is selling it. Just for your info, he hacked other people too so he should be a real threat to us peaceful cabal players.

Not to mention the one's he stole from other players and the name of the person is CrazeBlaze

We've got bunch of things to handle but it doesn't mean that your hacking issue is less important than others at all.
We will get to start the investigation.

Seriously, it is obvious that if you share your account information and expose them to your friends, guild mates and so on, it is your own fault that we don't have any responsibility for recovering them. I reckon we will recover your items for your request, but I am still wondering the reason why you convince that the user "CrazeBlaze" took away your stuffs and how. The real truth that who got whose stuffs will be revealed as the investigation finish.

Even the users who made a mistake to log-in to the fake CABAL scamming site, however, some of them could save their equipment and characters due to set the subpassword. If you set subpassword and didn't share your account information to others, your wouldn't make a thread and send bunch of tickets to HelpDesk.
Who should blame who?

P.S. Matrimoney(and all other CABAL players),
The people who took your stuff and traded them to others are all blocked. We don't mind they were your friends or some guild mates and their account won't get released forever. Again, do set SUBPASSWORD and do not share your account information to anyone.
