.jpg, .gif, .png are all image file types. Essentially they're all images; they just do different things. Jpg is usually the largest and has the highest quality (usually) .gif is like my animation, and .png would be some of the older siggies that yum made, they have transparent parts to them. Though I'm really generalizing all of the file types x-x.

Take a video of whatever you want; make sure it's in avi format. Use Photoshop or GIMP to edit/get the part of the video you want and turn it into frames. And then save it as a .gif animation. My image is roughly 70ish frames.
