ok so i was looking through the guides and stuff and i found out that CABAL requires that u have DirectX 9 to play, but i have DirectX 11. Is there any performance decrease if i am playing on DirectX 11?

DirectX is backward compatible. Having 11 wont effect any game that requires a lower version. Your system will have the needed files to play.
