Where should I allocate my dex/int/str points for FS?

If you wanna do pve, put into DEX
If you wanna be a pvp AND pve FS, put into STR.

@FelonyAssault: don't listen to these ppl and their dex build FS's LOL- just put your stat points into STR after you have enough INt/DEX to wear the weapons/armor you want to use and you're good =)
