    EST is obviously very busy trying to get everything set up and helping people at the same time. They're in fact doing a great job so far while dealing with all the problems!
    Give them patience while your waiting for problems to be fixed.
    Or you could be a guy that was blocked for a reason and trying to get unblocked?
