50% is CD, Comparing to BL skill, and BL skill usual. 80%, That's Skill amp

lvl 15 SG looks better and better everytime i see it

im thinking about putting it at lv15 myself...but lv18 looks smexy, gonna wait for the skill to actually come out and then test a few combos =)
