1. 52-60 Proc; 61-94 Cap; T1 from experience Proc; T2 Cap; T3 Proc
dont know for 2 and 3
4. i think there's more FA
5. Battle gear for FA is cheaper

ill say wizz gear cheaper but fa are more advantages in war then wizzy but thats my opinion and i think proc wins the most war 52-60 and 61-94

last time i checked martial m amp cost more than battle m amp so battle Fa is cheaper

A1: 52-60 is generally ALWAYS proc......the 61-94 however swings alot. T1 was proc for a while, but cap seems to be holding on nowadays, so its not really fixed....T2 USED to be cap alot, but something happened today im not sure of....ill get back to you on this tomorrow. And T3 is usually proc
A2 and A3: Which tier? lol cause im not feeling generous enough to go make a poll and see how many wiz and FA are in each nation as a whole.
A4: Depends on your definition of popular.....but from my experience people value wizzies alot.....SOLELY because of Spirit Raise......rofl SP SLAVES FTW XD
A5: FA is less expensive by far

T1 KARA controls, wars usually called in 7 - 30 min
T2 Lucavi, Unity, Rebirth control, pretty balanced
T3 Varies really, both sides are equally good IMO, just the factor of who tries and whatnot.

I'd have to disagree with Ishy. :<
Wizards are cheaper... well when compared with martial force archers. Osm gear costs the same and phery orbs are way cheaper than forcy orbs.

And in T2 Cap, there's barely any FA/Wizards. I'm usually one of two or three FA's and theres usually 0-3 wizards.

I'm on an iPod and too lazy to look at the questions, so ima just say my opinion. xD And that is force archers are more valuable in war than wizards. You can buy SP kits, but you can't replace an FA's pure DPS on *two* targets at once. =] No need to flame me lol that's just my opinion I know wizards are very useful.

That's outdated. Lucavi has very little presence in T2, same with Rebirth. And at least on cap side I don't see Unity around.

T2 isn't controlled at all. It's a buncha idiots and it's pretty much the least idiotic wins. =/
