yea, that's my first thoughts on it, though the update info does say 10 bringers per tier, though it may be a translation error.

well a ranking system would have to be divided.

the nation war tiers would have to be divided because with the new update coming we will have low lvls at number one in their tier just not in the bigger scenario of lvls/hnr.

1st players should obviously be ranked on lvl as the highest. especially with new update for 180.
2nd they will be ranked on their honor rank. ( 2 lvl 180's one has hnr rank 13 the other has hnr rank 15. the one with hnr rank 15 is higher on the ranking list.)
3rd Guild Ranking should be done on the amount of Hnr the guild has as a whole. All the characters within the guilds honor ranks added up together.
4th im not to sure about the war rankings. thats pretty much a known given with the bonus for each week.

other than that this is a great idea that should be implemented with all the ideas and things said taken into account

well for the guilds. I would do either guild points or honor as options to sort out.

As for war, I was thinking they have a counter basically that tellsyou how many wars each nation has won. not just the bonus war. And it would be cool to see a kill counter so it adds up all caps/ procs nw kills. That wouldn't be a ranking so much as a statistic to display. Just yesterday I was looking at BC2's main page for kills and such and it has a total kills counter. That would be pretty neat to see how many kills each nation has total. All it has to do is add up each character's nw title kills for each nations.
