you can only heal someone who is the opposite nation if they are in your party and you use party heal. same nation you should have no problem healing them

lol all you have to do is uncheck Forced PK...but yea..its annoying...i got yelled at for not healing while i was wondering myself why i couldnt heal before i found out it was because "Forced PK" was checked.

the whole forced PK option is probably the worst bit lol you can't even get SP buffs or w/e when you're in it Dx

lol.......I just leave it off. I think the only time i've ever actually used it was that whole deal with primeval......which, btw, is a fail guild. My FB was able to take on their 150 FS, 12x BL, FB, and FA all. They could only beat me with debuffs and the FA spamming heal. kaka.......none of them were willing to actually fight me without cheats, so BM1ed and pwnt all 4 of em at once haha
