What happens when you delevel except the fact that you to exp more in order to go back.

there is no such thing as de-lvl, the best u can do to avoid lvling is to remove the current exp that u have gained @ ur current lvl by leaving dungeons (relloging) since un-finishing dungeons cost u some exp. u can do it repeatedly until ur exp goes back to 0.00%

Dying will give you the death penalty. Your best bet is to leave the dungeon. Patern, Patern is one of the best to do it with if you have it unlocked.
