Crafting Event!

Have a crafting event for all the high Lvl Crafters! Make an NPC where you can trade in X amount of Lvl 2 carts for 1 Lvl 3 and X amount of Lvl 3 Carts for 1 Lvl 4. Same applies to discs.... I think 10 would be a good number. Also maybe same could be applied to mat cores? 10 Redo >>>> 1 Forc?

this see vaugly familiar to a thread loveshope posted on ESTs cabal forums "refining low mat in to higher grade"sounds cool, but that thread was aimed as a premanent fixute of the game. but its a good idea i think that properly set up this feture would greatly enhance crafting and give hig lvl crafters a shimmer of hope in regaurds to those ever so evlusive lv 4 mats and lvl 6 CJs.

oh also it isn't so bad if you can make lvl 4 carts from lvl 1's maybe that's what crafting needs ...a nice boost O.O

ok this is what i belive it should work like refining can only be done with lvl 2 mats and above it can be in one of 2 methods,
1. done via an NPC like item upgrades and pet training with the alchemist. the function would allow for "Refining" of 127 of a select item (like lv2 carts, disks, CJs, matreialcore mabey mabey not) in to idk like 10-25% of the origional ammount but it would be one grade higher. It would charge you a fee like all other NPC functions idk i say 500k-3m depending on the grade. As the grde of the beginging material increases so do the risks and the fees.
2. this one can be either an NPC in that sells Formulas for "refining Options" in a high map like the nonslot forcum cards in MF, or it can be a formula event card like the CA cards that drops randomly for these options but in a smaller amount than through an NPC.
3. a combination of the 2 find a card take to alchemist he refines for you.
IMO this would be greatly beneficail to the games progression and the economy would be affected minimally or ina positive way

lets get this done i want my forci craft up. im sick of every other lvl 4 cart being 1m each and martial is 8m each if you are looking at this thread and you over price mats like that go burn in hell. that is all.
