    Put back old CA mat drop rates

    So like the CA drop rates for the material to make them s u c k immensely now. It needs to be put back to what it was b4 in the next update for the keys. It shouldn't cost 10m to go to CA.

    they are getting ready for the new CA. new CA means new items to drop they just getting ready for it thats all.
