    # 1023 and no response after 3 days. Least I see that they are answering them unlike OGP. You could be ticket No. 1 and not have it opened until the following year....

    Actually i remember i sent 2 tickets to ogp, lets say day 1, and day 10, and i got my response for day 10 after like a week, and got the day 1 ticket response like after a month, they go by priority
