Should I use shining guard or osm?

Osm w/ 7% Amp in slots for Gloves/Boots/Suit
Unless you're more for PvE, then use Shineguard Gloves/Boots w/ 5% Amp.
Depends on what you prefer and your budget.

I'd say if you had unlimited alz and had to pick between them, 7% crafted amp shineguard gloves, 7%/180hp osm gloves/boots, and 7% crit rate/40% crit damage osm helm.

Uh.... crafted shineguard (I assume that's what you mean by red osm... even though that's just swords) as far as I know doesn't have slots. So it's only useful on gloves.

enso!!!! and yea idt theres no crafted w slot,but there can be slot SG with amp in slot, only drops in like FT b2f though
