    So i know after the update of equal wexp for both winning and losing side its easier to farm wexp, which is why caps are just coming in late and getting ur 30 pts and calling it a day, but seriously caps need to start winning more cuz the wait list on proc side is just getting rediculous.

    =) but this betting system wouldnt be fair... if i bet u 500m caps will win then i went and gave every cap 5m to leave war then itll be me vs watever proc came in first. 1v1 might be fun but then proc will have an even longer waiting list
