I continuously receive a "16 Bit MS-DOS Subsystem" error. I have gotten it when I tried to patch OGP's Cabal to EST's and when I tried to reinstall Cabal from the EST website.
I have tried...
- Patching up regularly
- Uninstalling and reinstalling
I would like to avoid...
- Reformatting
- System Restoring
Currently I am trying to modify my computer's registry to solve this problem.
Edit: I tried modifying my registry, but I ended up with the same error.
Help/Advice/Etc. would be very much appreciated.

Like OS and what architecture 32/64bit
And what causes the error? Maybe a screenshot.
