I've been playing around with Bladers on an alternative source (derp) and I've come to learn a lot from my experience. I've been reading around on the forums and on various sites on the web and one thing I just can't figure out: Why do most people leave LS and BS at lvl 9-12? I would figure getting them both to 20 would maximize damage and cool, but I just can't put my finger on it.

Reason why i put my BS&LS lvl 9 is cause i war alot and boss hunt at lvl 20 cd is to long

I actually looked at the skill when I leveled it this time. I feel like such a [horribly edited curse]ing idiot. What's the exact cd at 9, 12, and 20? I tried searching but I'm getting nothing so far.

If you're gonna do 9 and 12, LS 12 and BS 9. BS has a longer cool at 9 than LS has at 12 I think... If you put either of them above those you'll have slow DPS in terms of PVE and in War. VI(20)-SG(20)-LS(9 or 12)-DS(20)-BS(Always 9) Should be your PVE combo...

Hmm not to sound like an ass or anything(i haven't got those skills to see...),but everything i "upgrade",or raise levels on..LOWERS the cds...???

I thought the same thing, but there's a point where the CD starts getting higher. After ~12 (I think) on Impact Stab, the CD got insanely high and fluctuated until it got to around 2.7 seconds at 20.

all of your fillers should be lvl 20 instead of ls and bs...like i said...either 9 for both or lvl 12 ls and lvl 9 bs...end of story
