Download Issue

Hey,

I went to download Cabal on my laptop and when it finished I got an error that said something like 'C:\Users\owner\Downloads\0712_cabal_setup.exe.par t could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.' The only thing that I could think the problem would be is that GameGuard isn't compatible with Windows 7.

"GameGuard was not compatible with Windows 7 RTM (Build 7600) - it ends up in "Error Initializing (0)", so games using GameGuard also didn't work with Windows 7[2]. Most games have updated their GameGuard to be Windows 7 compatible." (Got that from Wikipedia about GameGuard)

Any ideas on how to fix this? Or, another way to download it so it will work.
