O_O!!!!!!! they can't be....there's a slot for them in AH.....that has to be some kind of cash shop giveaway or something....it can't be a legit drop. cause the account bound drops didnt start until a few months ago and Siena 1 came out a LONG time ago (which was when SEoX +7 and sig armors were introduced)......so it's either a hack or someone got a lucky purchase and it came out perm instead of 30 day

Is this picture from our server? I know Euro just recently had an event which gave away a bunch of sig epaulets to people...and I'm sure those prizes would be account bound
