Why is it that it takes you guys (EST) over a month to respond to tickets? I opened a (pseudo) important ticket regarding billing questions on the 16th of last month, and it still hasn't been addressed -______-
I <3 you EST and all, but its getting ridiculous how automated and delayed the responses to tickets are.
Do you guys need help with it or something?
