Other general advice from me :

1. Do not buy +7 items, new upgrading system will make it easier to buy +7ed materials
2. Blue bike will have increased speed close to rw3 from what I hear, if needed keep the red board and use a blue bike switch, quite easy to do. rw3 may significantly lower in value.
3. Try to get hp absorb in pet and mp absorb rune for pve, unless ofcourse you have an hp absorb rune.
4. Osm / lapis grade weapon might lower in value as +7 amp weps can potentially go up to +9 to +11, with high base, pchh might drop in CA, and so might slot extender highest. The ratio is unknown.

no monthly pay like aion. i enjoy cabal. why not ? i have a full time job, cabal gives me entertainment when my wife is busy (with school, etc) . And for those who can't afford it, they can do smart trades, or spend some time in dungeons etc. Cabal is fun. :] I don't mind paying to buy the board.
