Make it easier to choose Nation please?

Ugh, ok, I had alot of people tell me I could choose my nation at lvl 52.
Well, they neglected to mention I had to do story quests too.
I am lvl 58 and stuck doing lvl 12 story quests.
Isnt there a way to just add a quest at lvl 52 that lets you choose your nation from there instead of wasting my time playing quests that give me minor exp?

Doing quest from 1 - 52 actually levels you faster than grinding from 1 - 52 if you haven't noticed.

i just do my story quests as i lvl then when im done with those i do the normal quests i have for that lvl do those up to 2-3 lvls below me then i just go and grind on mobs lol

Lol you cant get any easier than doing a few story quests (Dont touch the ones under the heading normal) while your grinding. it serves you right for leveling so fast and forgetting about your quest's

I didnt forget them they just didnt interest me, however I am intrigued by the Book of Apocalypse quests.

You probably can get the nation quest at level 95... don't know if there's any requirement for that.
