That is correct Jim. We over on the tech issues page have confirmed that it is a website error on their end. All we can do now is wait for them to fix it. If you want, you could send a polite ticket to the help desk. Perhaps that would speed the process up, or perhaps not. If this continues for a long enough amount of time, I will write a ticket. Until then I am just going to wait patiently.

(Also, for further reference, you would get faster and better help if you post this stuff in Tech Issues. Shadowkin8 and I are in pretty different time zones so together we are active close to 24 hours. Unfortunately, except for a couple people who come in from time to time, the two of us are the only ones there. Still, we know our stuff, so if its a problem that you can fix, we outta be able to figure it out.)
