So I sent in a Help Desk Ticket about 3 weeks ago. There was no response after about a week from the first one so I sent in a couple more on the same topic. I finally get a response to my first one about 3 weeks later and this is the response the wonderful Help Desk Employees of EST Cabal had to say after 3 long and strenuous weeks.
"Please do not send multiple tickets on a single issue." You tell me good or bad?
Well dont give your hopes up,ive been waiting more than 5months for mine to even be looked at.And sending more tickets on the same topic will only slow down the process,there is a LONG line ahead of you so dont expect them to get answered anytime soon
