yea they hav a special list of ppl who they only want to talk to eh

They don't need 1000 people. If I was a GM I would rather helping people through a live chat because it can sometimes be quicker and you can get better information about the problem from the player. A lot easier on the players too instead of having to wait like 2 weeks to unblock their account if they accidentally put in the wrong information.
