im not questioning ure 40rate 177cd, im actually questioning ure 48rate 146cd. if u have 40rate 177cd just take off cr+2 and put rol+1 on then ull have 50rate 162cd y would it go all the way down to 48/146? and heres my new junk stats

??where rate came from 40/7 tit helm+5% base>15% eod ring>2% k black board>24/11 phey orb= 7+5+15+2+11=40 easy isn't it
??where CD came from 40/7 tit helm+20% base>3 Cr+2 = 45%>40% lapis>24/11 phey>5% aop+5>1% eod ring>2% pet = 40+20+45+40+24+5+1+2= 177 ....could be more if i have more CD on pet

getting 3x 7/40s for new chars really isnt that hard. it might be time consuming and cost a bit of alz but still very well worth it.
step 1 get a lvl 55 char and run weod till 70. usually 1 piece isnt that hard
step 2 make another 55 char and run weod. once u find a piece the first one needs either use 2nd comp or get a friend log in, party and grab the piece.
step 3 rinse and repeat
if u get a few friends to do this u can easily get a full team of chars with all 7/40s
