Lost my Characters

When ESTSOFT were announcing that we had to transfer the account, I did the whole thing. I'm pretty sure it did transfer, because the account exists but the characters don't.

My account had a level 100 Blader with about 20 mil and a few items.

I really want to get him back but he just dissapeared from my account.

Is there any way to check if my character still exists? Like search for name?

Unfortunately no...Your character and alz are gone for good .
I can shed alittle light onto why this happened though(and no your probably not at fault). During the final days of OGP rule and the early days of EST rule, mass hacking was taking place and alot of people got hit hard. Sadly you are one of these people. Now what i can suggest(the only thing) is to submit a help desk ticket. I'm about 99% sure they will not give you anything back and just say "sorry for the inconvenience" because they still deny any of this happened but it is worth a shot.

Oh well. I needed my character for LiD runs, I made a new character and I need money for him.

Kind of saddening, but oh well, sh*t happens.
