Upgrade system show success rate % anywhere?

lol i tried upgraidng some junk earlier and i had to use 2 cores to go from 2-3 and 3-4 then i failed 3x in a row..dont see how this is supposed to be better...you have to use more cores yet have the same success rate? i thought up to +6 was 100%...

the new upgrade system is appalling....my fail +12 orb failed all the way to +7 not succeeding once. I think Enhanced Core Medium would've helped. But they seem to not exist in AH and I hardly buy anything from cash shop, so majority of use have to use UCM which FAILS 95% of the time beyond +9.

It feels like Sig event all over again. too many people realized the sig event ploy, this is ESTs new way to bankrupt people.

I ADVISE EVERYONE: DON'T UPGRADE PAST +9 !!!!!
