EST what is wrong with 171 war? How does it make sense to have war 12 procs vs. 19 caps?????????
This better be a mistake cause its getting just too old....u guys made war useless by giving winners and loser nearly the same reward and now this nonsense of handicap....
12 proc vs. 19 cap that is 7 X lvl 171 players.....do the math
lol 7 extra caps....i still can't understand the logic...

It was 12/14 Proc and 19/19 Cap so it has nothing to do with letting everyone who goes to war in. This is just pure idiocy. Now its the same thing all over again at 6 p.m war.......FIX THIS ALREADY .................................
