LOL GameGuard

Ok just downlaoded cabal, go to run it and it crashes to the destktop giving me a message saying Cabal can not start.
Then i do it a second time then GameGuard tells me theres hacking stuff going on.
Thats really odd because this is a clean system...

Any Suggestions?
