Make the Cash items Be able to be gifted.

Make the cash shop items not acc binding so players would be able to sell them or trade them.

I think they're working on being able to "Gift" items from cash shop. At least it says it's "coming soon", but who the hell knows what that means in Korean

lol? When you bought things like boards from OGP's cash shop you could choose to get either an account bound one (for yourself), or a gift box and put it in the auction house. I don't remember anything about "coming soon" in the OGP days.
