Cabal Goes Black!..

Whenever I resize the screen, I had XP running on my comp and never had this problem but I installed Vista(original OS for my comp) and now whenever I resize or get a UAC my cabal graphics go black. Any ideas why? I tried updating GFX but that did nothing.

Could it be that UAC is interfering with Cabal since local admins are still treated like regular users. Check the following link to MS about understanding and configuring UAC. If you can allow yourself full admin privileges, see if that cures the issue.
