Hi! I am new to the game and i having trouble with the quest "Bein's Request". I got the quest from the officer in Desert Scream. When i was early or mid level 20's. every time i try to do the quest. It keep saying "You do not have the item for the quest titled [Bein's Request]. I try do the other quests and now i level 30. But it still wont let me do the quest. How do i do the quest and/or what is the item that i need for it.

OK, the issue here is likely that you received a quest item somewhere along the line, and accidentally sold or destroyed it. It happens every now and then. Just hit abandon quest and then go back and start the quest over from the DS officer.
