no they don't. but I've seen the weirdest answers here whenever someone asks where some epic item came from.

"..From the Golden Entria. here" *points to sloppy photoshop work*
"...Nippers drop it" *shows a ring of luck with a MS Paint "+2" drawn on it* (Hilarious)
And I've read that training dummies gave up stuff -.-

Not certain about rs, but I did find 2slot Tit GS.

LID drops s.tit amp things....if they drop regular titanium too, I wouldn't know for sure either, but I'll just hit those places with my luck gear and see what happens...

Best thing I've seen from LiD so far is a pc damage titanium GS, single slot, off a lakezard.
