Game Guard blocking Google Chrome?

I've always been able to browse the internet with Google Chrome while playing Cabal.
I logged on Cabal today (last time I logged on was last weekend before Wednesday maintenance), then all of a sudden, I got an error when I tried to open Google Chrome.

Chrome works just fine when Cabal is not up (I'm using it right now), and it USED to work a week ago while Cabal was up. It errors out now.
I opened Internet Explorer (which I don't use anymore) while playing Cabal today, and it worked. So it's not a problem with my computer nor the internet. It's a problem with Game Guard and Chrome. Maybe a new GG update is making it interfere?

Anyone else have this problem?
