EST FAILS, They never check Tickets and this is proven by me. Ive tested them multiple times with real issues and they yet to reply. They should have left OGP handle Cabal

Your ticket is in the que and will be replied to as soon as possible.
We have recently made some improvements to our support services and we now have significantly more staff to deal with the tickets we receive. This will mean much shorter waiting times in the future.
