One of my friends who wants to play can't load the main page. Sometimes it does load, but it stops working when he tries going to the other webpages inside the website.
He has tried restarting his modem, but it still doesn't work properly.
What could he do?

It could have been a temporary website error on their end. Since I was not attempting to get on the website at the time, I am not sure. It may not be however, because you are the only one to mention this so far. Ask him to try now while I check some settings for things he can change.
Also, what exactly does it say to him when the page does not load?
