cabal crashing everytime i launch

always says gameguard fails to initialize/detects hacking tool/gameguard already running/cabal client crashes/etc.

Yeah, there is probably a bad file somewhere in your Game Guard folder. Just uninstall the game, delete all remaining files except screenshots, download and run a registry cleaning program, and then either re-download the game or simply reinstall, depending on when you began getting your error. If it has been occurring the entire time you have had the installer, the files there are probably corrupted as well. Also, make sure that CABAL is exempt from your AV and firewall.
