every time i click start it turns to the hour glass then nothing, i dont see why this would happen my firewall and antivirus are allowing cabal and gameguard.
i use windows 7 i dont know if that may be the problem, but can i get some assistance?

Could possibly be your Data Execution Prevention system. Add both CABAL and GameGuard to its exception list. This also sometimes happens to me, but goes away when I reboot for some reason. Try that after you have added it to DEP exception.
