go to cabal.mmosite.com they got a pretty acurate stat calc. there.

I think 40% CD > 100 base.

I think for overall max dps that's the case

overall the 80 dmg is prolly better, but i would think 40 forc is better in war because of honor/bringer/kill titles that lower crit rate/dmg as well as ppl using aura/bm constantly

wa's already have high base, the osm gs is better overall, especially for soloing and bossing since u go bloody and panic the boss where u crit more often than not
