    Vouchers Glitch or hacks?

    Anyone else having a unable to open issue, i opened 4 on the merc server after purchasing them from people and I bought another tried to open it and it says unable to open so of course im thinking somethings wrong with it let me take pics and help desk it. I did that of course to no response yet. I purchased another from someone in game to have the same thing happen. Now I assuming there's some type of glitch or limit to opening? Anyone have any ideals or answers? My friend, and even the guy who sold the second one to me couldn't open it either........lol help lol
