When will Item Shop get weapon skins back?

Hi I was wondering if the water elemental weapon skins will ever come back to the cash shop I have 1,000 e coin but the skins never in there. Can anyone please tell me when they will be put back into the cash shop please? Thanks.

Then you just missed it because they were in there about 2 weeks ago.... sorry to say. It will likely cycle back. It just might be a month before it does. That's the annoyance of dealing with cash shop (like waiting for Snow Star weapon skins)
