So I have gotten multiple errors so I am beyond confused, all my friends say its my drivers, but I have updated them, atleast I think I did, can anyone tell me in simple terms how to update all of my drivers just in case I did it wrong?
And these are the two errors that I have gotten on the blue screen:
STOP: 0x000000B8(0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x0000 0000)
STOP: 0x0000008E(0x80000004,0x80545BFB,0xBA4CFC70,0x0000 0000)
I have a Toshiba tablet laptop, with Windows XP Tablet Edition. Someone please help!!!
Harlequin is right again! If you don't know how to get service pack three, just get IE running, click tools and go to Windows Update. If you don't have it, it should suggest you get it. As for drivers, you can just search Google for them, (e.g. "name of your type of video card" drivers) or you can go to some of the many sites that offer a program to check which of your drivers are outdated. I don't have a link, but it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Okay...I guess I better let my computer BSOD again and see what errors pop up?
Well, BSOD from Cabal to be specific....Come to think of it, that's the only thing that's BSODed by computer XD

It's certainly been a while since I've posted here, but I've also not been on Cabal until today either. And of course the problem has not yet been resolved. My computer did BSOD, predictably, but I couldn't write down the error codes in time, any advice on catching them?
Well, I did a bunch of stuff, updated my graphics drivers, got rid of one of the BSOD errors, but still have one...I did set a record of lasting an hour and a half though at least, lol. Anyway, this is the information I got from the BSOD
BCCode: 124
BCP1: 0000000000000004
BCP2: FFFFFA80059C28D8
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000000
I hope this means something to someone as I can't get anything close to vaguely helpful....
Minor update. I typed in the BCP2 code into Google and got one result....
This thread...
Okay, for anyone who's still poking into this thread, I finally think I've fixed my BSOD problem. I'm not sure if the solution is going to help anyone else, but I'll put up what the problem was anyway
Out-of-date BIOS
Updated my BIOS and the BSODs stopped, I've been playing for, about three days after my last post without any.
